Our Gold Software Support package includes comprehensive coverage for all remote work and unlimited on-site visits related to Microsoft products, antivirus and anti-spam solutions, and backup software for servers only. It also encompasses remote support for clients using Microsoft products. First-line support for non-Microsoft-related issues is provided as well.
Additionally, the package includes complete site disaster recovery services (where applicable) and ensures appropriate backups are taken. Enjoy unlimited free project consultations for any inquiries; you will only be charged for issues outside of your contract or for new installations.
All site visits for networking equipment or client-based issues are included in this package.

For a single, small annual fee, we will handle all aspects of Office 365 management for you.
